Greenhills Cemetery

Greenhills cemetery opened when the Cunnery Road cemetery became full.

There is one Commonwealth War Grave in this cemetery.  You can read more at their site here 

It contains plots for both burials and urns. Please contact the Town Council office for information about purchasing a plot.

NB The Greenhills cemetery is expected to run out of plots in the next few years, The town council is exploring the possibility of  expanding the cemetery into the adjacent field.

Cunnery Road Cemetery

Cunnery Road cemetery on Anzac Day

Church Stretton Cemetery, Cunnery Road contains graves of five service men, four of whom died during World War 1 and one died in World War II.   A ceremony takes place here each year in the week leading up to Remembrance Sunday. Local school children attend to commemorate those servicemen who died serving their country.
