Allotments

Greenhills Allotments are found at the end of Cemetery Lane, Church Stretton.  They are owned by the Town Council but managed by Strettons Allotment Gardens Association, which is a Committee of allotment holders.  There are currently over 60 plots occupied, with a waiting list.

Allotments can provide much more than a source of home-grown fruit, vegetables and flowers, they can really boost people’s physical and mental health and their general well-being. There is a social area where plot holders can sit, enjoy the environment and have a chat with other plot-holders.
