Regular work parties are held monthly on the last Thursday morning for Rectory Wood & Field and on a when required basis on Friday mornings for Coppice Leasowes. These are led by either the National Trust or Shropshire Council Outdoor Partnership Team.
The Town Council Outdoor Team also assist with some of the work. Major works e.g. grass cutting, tree surgery are undertaken by contractors. However the sites rely on the volunteers to maintain their attractiveness and keep them as places of special value.
