What personal data we collect and why we collect it.
On Contact forms
You may contact us through our various contact forms. Those forms are forwarded to our Offices for follow up action and to reply to you. We sometimes share that information with other people and organisations whenever it is necessary to satisfy your concerns and to provide you with our reply. We may delete your information from the website database at any time within 12 months of us receiving it.
Content Providers and Administrators
Before we allow you to administer, create or maintain content on our website, you must be registered and be granted appropriate access permissions. We will hold your name and email address for as long as you have those permissions so that we can control access and contact you.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images that you load onto the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to save your name, email address and website in cookies on your computer. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. When you edit or publish an article on-line, an additional cookie is saved in your browser. It records the post ID of the article you edited. It expires after 1 day. This cookie does not include any personal data.

For users that subscribe to receive news and other updates from us, we retain their name and email address until they elect to unsubscribe from that service.
We store personal information of those who are registered to administer, add or maintain pages on our website. Each user can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. The information is deleted when people cancel their registration.
