This is a voluntary survey. You must be over 18 to participate. It is an anonymous survey – we do not request name of address details. We need a contact point only if you enter the prize draw. Any information you provide will be in confidence. The information you provide will not be passed on or sold to anyone. The information you provide will only be seen by the arc4 person managing the survey. The information will be analysed and aggregated and will only be published in summary form.
